Review of my 2025…不太喜歡這一年

今年最大的變化，就是我的”一天到晚做模型的MS翰”停更了整整一年！！！上一篇跟這篇隔了一整年。

這段時間以來除了國事家事都不斷有新的狀況發生，越來越顯年紀的身體也常有狀況–原本就有的周期性神經性頭痛，過度使用肩頸造成的緊縮性頭痛，還有網球肘媽媽手等等痛，眼力明顯減退等等，年末還有家人意外受傷….於是身心兩方面都持續在洩漏能量….補充卻仍然非常有限。

以往，為了維持每周至少更新一次部落格，腦袋有空檔往往就在構想要怎麼下筆這類的，有了空閒時間不是用在做模型就是抓時間拍照整理圖檔寫文章，明明就沒營利沒獲利有必要這麼拚這麼認真嗎？

儘管自己也很清楚答案，這”問題”仍然環繞腦中千百次。

停更的這一年半來與其說是充電，更準確地說法是讓自己能平靜下來，並找回寫文分享的心情與心態，但老實說…..很遺憾，好像並沒有。

往回看，2025年是個相當糟糕的一年！除了幾次天災，世間魑魅魍魎依然囂張，鬼哭狼嚎更是變本加厲，逼著自己不得不面對許多殘酷的事實，心靈上別說要加分–光是維持別探底都很費力了。

至於找回初衷嘛就只能說還在努力中，好幾次試著寫寫看卻不怎麼開始：寫了十幾年總共將近一千五百篇，就這段時間停下便忘了怎麼寫？說真的我很慌啊，同樣的那個”問題”不停在腦海盤旋，就這樣又產生了壓力跟自己內耗著。

還是沉浸在做模型來忘掉那些壓力吧，於是再回到第一段的身體狀況，如此ＬＯＯＰ。

我有世界第一好老婆跟(還算)乖兒子，身體健康有痠痛但沒大病，錢不多但還夠用，親友圈不大但沒有壞人不需要耗心機，那為什麼要犯健找事情折磨自己讓脾氣越來越暴躁呢？人生雖然平凡但很幸福了，很感恩也很惜福，只是還需要點時間來說服自己。

沒花時間寫文會多出很多時間繼續做模型，統計2025的產量後有增加但沒預料的多，這大概也算自己放過自己的結果，是好事吧。

唉，說這個實在很有點丟臉但還是不吐不快：沒收到能讓我補充的能源啊，冷冰冰的感覺怎麼充得了電啊。
